How do i stop my obsession with spending money? - how do u stop and obsession

As soon as I get the money you spend £ 100 get Ive spent like 3 days. As soon as I get the money you are looking for something to buy. And, for example: if I go, I can I buy only the things you always need money for things to buy waste. Ive got long on one months in general.

What can I do to keep my mind occupied, is the expenditure?

Maybe I can help you understand why you feel the need to spend a lot of money for trivial things.

This obsession is a symptom, they try to ignore or treat only the problem will not disappear.

I think it could be to put their own self-esteem that you have the power to buy many things. Power is an opiate, not a solution to a problem.

What happens is the following:

We're working more and more proud of our insignificant things that our beloved necessary.

"I bought a new clock with diamonds embedded in it!"

or

"I bought a loaf of bread!"

What comes to most people and makes you feel better?

The presence of trivialities and trinkets alwaysa sign of wealth, is thought as follows: "I have so much money that you are in the things that you can lose!"

However, if the good is out of their own value of something, and the kind of person are you focusing on trivial melted.

Find a hobby that can make you a journey of self-improvement, and this will diminish their self-esteem even more focused on the real value you will undertake.

Remember, money and property can be dissipated and removed. And at the end of the day, taking the form of that what you have done in this world is more important than what we had when he was here.

Stop before you buy and ask yourself whether you really need the item. Wait a few days before the purchase to make sure it's really something you need. Maybe put in a household, and allows only a certain sum of money to spend a week working for you. See the following website for household and other tips to save money. Good luck!

Once I had to spend money on junk - now I have not. My point is - rent a safe in a bank and is locked (it is the desire) - maybe 20% if you, or even 5%. We think it is a treasure - one day might need it. Put your money in a bank or a savings account or IRA or something. Remember, the money saved is money earned.

Just ask if they will take a year. In general, if the answer is no, then it is a good idea, do not buy it.
